Session Costs:
$125.00 45-50 min session
$2.50 per minute / overage

Phone Sessions:
$2.50 per minute

E-mail Sessions:
$2.50 per minute (Reading and Writing)

If your looking for a witness to what is happening in your life and like to journal, this can be a inexpensive way to stay in treatment, or have an appointment if you can't come into the office. We can offer these rates because we read and type quickly. We are offering this options for patients who need to stay in touch, but are having financial or time restraints, and would rather use this medium for treatment.

Discounted Sessions: $1200 for 12 Pre-Paid 45-50 Min Sessions (weekly clients only) Save $25.00 per session

Healing Intensives:
Healing Intensives can be scheduled for more in depth healing work. Because of the nature of alternative treatments 2-3 hours may be required. All healing and hypnotherapy sessions require a minimum of two hours.

Rates for Healing Intensives are:
First 45-50 mins regular rate: $125
Then $2.50 per minute for longer sessions

Sliding Scale Fee: First session no discount available. First provide documentation and if you meet requirements then you may be allowed a discounted rate which is $75.00 or $1.25 per minute of treatment.

Insurance:
Ask us about what panels we are currently on. If we are not a provider we may be able to serve as an out of network provider or apply to be a provider.

Group Sessions:

Vocational Rehab:
If you are out of work and are working with a vocational rehab specialist in Provo or American Fork Utah we are currently a State provider. Please contact your vocational rehab counselor and ask to see Shelly A. Eyre LCSW in Lehi.

24 Hour Cancellation Notices:

The current fee for Inner Spectrums, Inc. is $125.00 for a 45-50 minute session. Sessions that are not canceled with 24 hours notice will be billed at our current rate. Session times begin at your scheduled time and overage rates of $2.50 per minute also apply for sessions that are longer than the 50 minute time slot – session overages will be billed by e-mail or can be paid at the end of your session with your current payment. Please be advised of this policy for future reference. If you are receiving a discount make sure you cancell all apointments before 24 hours because the cancelation rate is not discounted.

Reduced Fees:
Inner Spectrums is delighted to provide reduced rates for patients who are in great need. If you are currently receiving state assistance, have filed for bankruptcy within the last 2 years, or if your household makes less than $25,000 per year, your fee for service can be reduced to $75.00 per hour. The first session in which we see you will be charged at our regular rate of $125.00. All reduced sessions will need to be prepaid in the office or by way of e-mail using a credit card or pay pal. To receive these discounts you will be required to provide proof of state assistance, tax form or bankruptcy paperwork. Missed sessions not canceled within 24 hours will be billed at the rates listed above (regular rate for first session, reduced fee rate after application and contracted and mutually signed).

Paperwork:

Prior to your session please request a new client packet via e-mail and bring the completed forms to your first session. This saves you money and helps us be most efficient and conscious of your needs.

At Inner Spectrums, Inc. we want to know how you enjoyed your session. We ask that you complete a session evaluation form and e-mail it back to us, so that we can continue to provide you with the best services possible. We will send you a link for this after your session.
